Our dehydrated ginger is sourced from the premium ginger-growing regions of Karnataka and Kerala. Fresh rhizomes are carefully washed, peeled, sliced, and dehydrated at controlled temperatures to preserve the characteristic pungent gingerol content and aromatic essential oils.
